Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator for our client located in Healesville Vic who is well known distillery and is seeking staff for an immediate start.

NB: This role will be on Day Shift: 8am to 4.30pm

Main duties & responsibilities for this role are:

• Prepare and process orders to maximise packing efficiency
• Co-ordinate returns, replacements, and credits.
• Provide customer service support as required.
• Manage carrier bookings and dispatches, including DHL International.

Attend to daily warehousing tasks such as:

• Forklift Driving
• Packaging and material handling
• Stock organisation, stocktakes, and replenishment
• Goods receiving and stock transfers
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
• Supporting daily sales order confirmations and dispatch processes

Essential Requirements

• Current LF Forklift licence and experience
• Ability to work hands-on in all areas of logistics operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and sound judgement.
